the room was clean,,, but the bathroom had an odd smell. the breakfast had a great variety of fresh fruits and pastries.. The staff were super friendly. the location is ideal, with good restaurants within walking distance.

during my recent stay, I loved that the hotel is a short walk to Parque Virrey, perfect for serene strolls, and it’s also surrounded by fantastic dining options like Las Cuatro Estaciones just steps away, making my weekend explorations incredibly enjoyable and convenient.

My partner and I experienced a series of disappointments during our stay. Additionally, the walls were incredibly thin, allowing us to hear everything our neighbors were doing. The lack of basic comforts, such as extra towels and a professional check-in experience, significantly marred our trip, making it feel more like a burden than a getaway.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We visited the Gold Museum and went hiking at Monserrate. The hotel was great, with a fantastic fitness center and super friendly staff. Clean rooms and a perfect location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Just a heads-up, there's a charge for minibar checks at checkout.

Wonderful stay, amazing staff and delicious breakfast!

Comfortable suite, excellent breakfast, with the entire hotel being extremely clean and centrally located just 20 minutes by car from the airport, making it very easy to explore the area.

The hotel is not obvious to find without adding further information.

The restaurant had a selection of killer local cold cuts that made my taste buds dance! Plus, the staff's friendliness was spot on, making me feel right at home. The location is prime, with hip eateries just a short stroll away.

A few things were broken in the room, and when I ordered room service, they got it all wrong. I felt a bit nickled and dimed at checkout with a hefty minibar charge, too.
